Samples

Provide your courier account number (Fedex preffered). Free samples according to your dimension. colours, and design are available on your request.

Packing

Most boxes are usually packed 100 or less to corrugated carton. Check the individual listing on each product to see if they are master packed in a larger cartoon. All sizes and packing are approximate.

Production

Our production capacity is within 2500 to 5000 boxes monthly depend on the size, the design and the queue at our workshop.

All pricing are based on FOB Semarang, INDONESIA

Loss or Damage

All merchandise should be inspected carefully on delivery.  We are not responsible for loss or damage sustained in transit. Claims should be made promptly against the carrier. External visible damage must be noted on carrier's waybil at the time of delivery.

Variations

There may be slight of paper, embossing patterns, or ink colous from order to order and size to size.

Colour Performance

Paper and ink, when subjected to abrasion and/or moisture in use or transit, may rub or bleed. Some dyes, inks and/or base colours may also be prone to fading due to atmospheric or light conditions.

Custom Order Specifications
- Custom orders are subject to overruns or underruns of 15%
- Artwork for hot stamping must be supplied in black and white, and is subject to approval.
- There is and additional charge for hot stamping areas larger than 5 x 10 cm
